Gilson’s Service Principles
Our goal is to provide you with the best quality service available in the U.S. The Gilson Service Center follows the pipette calibration guidelines outlined in ISO 8655 and also works in accordance with ISO 17025. We provide full traceability of even the smallest details, such as the batch number on the tips used to calibrate your pipette. Included with ALL service:

  • 1 year warranty for the service of all pipettes
  • Extensive cleaning of your pipettes
  • Visual and functional inspection
  • Pipette label
  • Calibration certificate or report

All of our technical professionals have been factory trained, and are experts at inspecting, calibrating and repairing your pipettes. NEW! PIPETMAN® Easy Check Service Program
PIPETMAN® Easy Check: Available in your lab or at Gilson’s Service Center of Excellence, PIPETMAN® Easy Check offers verification and maintenance for your pipettes. It’s a great way to check your pipettes’ performance in between calibration services. Should your pipettes fail Easy Check testing, your Gilson service technician may recommend further service including additional parts replacement, calibration and adjustment.
