All sales are Net 30 days, FOB, Middleton, Wisconsin. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice unless a collect account number is provided.


Return Policy

Gilson accepts products returned within 90 days of purchase provided that they are unused, in their original packaging, include all original materials, and that the packages and pipettes are clean and unmarked. Any used, damaged, incomplete or marked products will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges require an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, please contact Gilson Pipetman Technical Support at (800) 445-7661 ex. 6367 or at techsupport@pipetman.com. Customers will be issued a credit for approved returned merchandise less a 15% restocking fee.


Warranty Policy

Gilson warrants its pipettes against defects in material for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Gilson may, at its option, provide warranty coverage through either repair or replacement. Gilson is not responsible for incidental damage resulting from physical shock, continuous exposure to corrosive reagents or technical handling not in accordance with the guidelines described in the user’s guide. Gilson warrants its service, parts, and repair for a period of 12 months from the date of service. Misuse or mishandling voids any warranty claim, as does having the pipette serviced by a non-Gilson authorized service provider. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


Promotions Policy

All promotional offers expire on dates indicated. Offers are valid only while supplies last and are only available to U.S. customers who are not resellers or competitors. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer(s) or discounts. Only one offer per order is allowed. Specifications of each offer are subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply.
