* On your first visit you may be charged for a tip-holder and/or piston assembly if they were already damaged upon arrival.
Once in the Pipetman PdM program, if you return your pipette at least once per year, these parts will be free whenever future failure is predicted. A seal and o-ring are always free, including on the first visit.

Terms: Net 30 days, FOB Middleton, WI. Freight charges are prepaid and added to invoice.
Shipping Method: Pipettes are returned by UPS Second Day Air with charges prepaid and
added to invoice unless Gilson is advised otherwise.
Turnaround: Approximately 48 hours in Gilson Service Center.
