Created to reduce your downtime and increase your productivity, Gilson InLab™ Service is a convenient and cost-effective way to ensure your Gilson pipettes maintain their original accuracy, precision and performance capabilities. You can expect the same high-quality pipette calibration from our field service technicians as you would with our mail-in service, but with the added convenience of receiving these services directly in your lab!

Gilson Calibration
For general pipette repair and calibration. Under this program all parts are extra.

Pipetman PdM™
For labs that prefer regularly-scheduled calibration and repair. Our Pipetman Predictive Maintenance (PdM) program is designed to deliver maximum value, effectiveness and long-term reliability over the lifetime of your Gilson pipettes. Best of all, under this program, PdM parts are free! (averaging $23 per pipette, per visit).1

Each program is available for Gilson Pipetman, Neo, Ultra and Concept single-channel pipettes.2 In the event that specialized repairs or re-calibration is needed, our technicians will send your pipettes, for free, to our Gilson Service Center of Excellence.3

Did you know?
· 95% of all pipette failures relate to the seal, o-ring, tip-holder and piston.
· Pipetman PdM replaces those parts for free with brand new parts.
· Other competitor preventive maintenance (PM) programs use generic seals, generic tip-holders, and refurbished pistons.

1. On your first visit you may be charged for a tip-holder and/or piston assembly if they were already damaged upon arrival.
Once in the Pipetman PdM program, if you return your pipette at least once per year, these parts will be free whenever future failure is predicted. A seal and o-ring are always free, including on the first visit. 2. Gilson InLab Service not available in all locations. A minimum of 20 pipettes to be serviced is typically required. 3. Specialized models include 2 µL, 10µL, multichannel and other major brand pipettes.
